And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mother and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her daily life in Lebanon. For so long, she cherished screening her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't go away her dwelling’s nest until finally Zali available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and fervour for cooking are to suit your needs and the world to flavor!

In all our dishes are flavors that have built the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You might take a number of them back again dwelling!

We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies that you should get and take a look at. They can be organized by our chef or produced by farmers back again house. “Mouneh”is really a Lebanese tradition of preserving foodstuff over the seasons.
